Cambridge Public Space Lab

Brand Identity + Marketing Campaign

Project Overview

As part of the City of Cambridge, the Cambridge Public Space Lab is “a testing ground for intentional community building. It seeks to cultivate inclusive and participatory public spaces using a spirit of partnership, experimentation, and collective learning.” We’ve partnered with the folks in Cambridge to develop a brand identity reflecting this focus on play in the public realm and how it improves our lives. This includes messaging, campaign materials, and event design highlighting this very necessary work.

Our work includes materials for “Play Street” which temporarily closes streets to car traffic in order to transform them into places for play, learning, and fun, as well as increasing the number of Block Parties throughout the city. These initiatives focus on creating a city that is more playful, engaging, and welcoming to all.
